Really good meals and a private hot spring with fine views. The email response time could improve.

Location: the hotel was really close to Tokyo.

Personnel was accommodating and welcoming!

The hotel was superior with a huge variety of reasonably spacious rooms. The food was great and there were a huge variety of dishes in the menu. Also, location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walk from Cactus Petes Casino...

Beautiful room, fantastic amenities, including a private open-air bath that provided a perfect view of the Pacific Ocean, alongside free Wi-Fi that enhanced our stay by keeping us connected while we explored nearby attractions.

All was wonderful.

The atmosphere was nearly ruined by the cigarette smell in the lobby, totally inconsiderate. My room's bathroom light was a puzzle-one couldn't even tell it was broken till the very last minute. After such a 'wonderful' stay, I was shocked there was no complimentary drink to make up for it, but I guess that's not their style.

Lobby had a strong cigarette smell!!! Bathroom light was confusing to operate, definitely needs clearer instructions!!! Complimentary drink option would be a nice touch after such an experience!!!

Had a blast with friends! The room had a fine ocean view, and we loved the local hot springs. Definitely check out the local beaches and nearby temples for some culture. The dinner was fantastic, and the staff were super friendly.

The only downside was that the email response time for our transfer took a bit too long, a little frustrating before the trip.

The experience was lovely. The food was excellent, and we especially loved the creative presentation. Our teenagers enjoyed the tv for their downtime, and the private onsen on the balcony was a hit. Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean was a moment we'll cherish.

My wife says that an on-site convenience store would be great for families with kids.

The private onsen was blissful, and the views were unreal! The room was spacious and super comfortable, and the teppanyaki dinner blew us away.

Family celebration at a luxurious retreat

The dinner chef was really helpful. The hot spring on our balcony was fine, waking up early to see the sunrise over the ocean while soaking in the onsen was a moment I'll never forget.

It wasn't inexpensive, but for this experience, it felt worth every penny.

central hotel near parks and historic landmarks

The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance to several attractions, including the beautiful izusan shrine just about 1.5 km away and the atami water park a short stroll from the hotel were great. We enjoyed relaxing in our superior room with an open-air bath and ocean view, as it offered an lovely zen-like experience .

The corner suite was amazing, with stunning views over the trees and water. Enjoying the private onsen and relaxing with spa services was just what we needed. The only downside was that a few amenities could be updated, but honestly, we loved our stay! 😊
